Same problem, new day

My last complaint was about how I couldn't access any of my games offline. The only responses I received were unhelpful, one asking if my Xbox was my home Xbox, which it is, and the other reminding me I can't play game pass games offline, which I know and
understand. I have close to 40 games installed, and of those I have bought at least ten to fourteen of them. The picture below is what I'm met with while offline. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's set to all, no filters whatsoever. If I go online it shows all installed games, which is 34, at least 10 of which I have paid money for

Edit: also just noticed it only shows 18 of my 23 apps offline

these steps before going offline?

While online you need to go into offline mode by going to the network settings on your console and clicking go offline this is on top of making sure that it is your Home Xbox which you already said that you did this.

Um, the screen seems to indicate that you dont have any games installed?

Do you have an external drive? Are your games installed on internal drive?

Are you filtering out games on external/internal?

The little upside down triangle icon(almost looks like a coat hanger) towards the right of the screen, if you click that, it should give you the option to show All, external or internal... what option do you have it set at?
