    Same Problem for about a month or so.....


    I switched from a PS4 to my Xbox One S a little under a year ago, and for the most part, have enjoyed the switch. EXCEPT for recently. Every time I try to play any game, I am signed out of my Xbox profile and kicked back to that game's main menu after a
    "sign in change occurred". So I began to do the steps that were suggested for me (restart my wireless router, clear my Xbox cache and restarted, the whole nine yards) and have had little success. I will test my connection and multiplayer connection after performing
    the maintenance steps and they both come back "You're all good", then I go to play and the same problem occurs. I am beyond frustrated, considering I have a $500 fancy white paper weight and six $60 dollar games to go with it. I never had these problems with
    my PS4 before and I am considering changing back, unless someone can please help me.

    i had the same problem for about a month, it fixed itself so hang in there buddy.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Have you tried a
    Factory Restore on your Xbox One console
    yet? If you haven't, please go ahead and give that a shot and be sure to select 'Reset and keep my games & apps'. If the issue continues, please post back the following info:

    • Modem brand and model:
