Same person keeps reporting my game dvr clips because i kicked him off my club!!!!!!Please ...

I have been with Microsoft for close to 15 years. I have never had any enforcement issues, EVER! Here recently i have started a club that now has 200 members. I have had to ban certain people from the group because they spam me or spam the board. Ever since
this ban I've been getting enforcement notices on my account for game dvr clips. There is nothing offensive in these clips. Someone is just harassing me out of spite. These are warnings but i don't care...my clips are being removed for no reason. Worst yet
is i can't submit a case review until I get banned or suspended. THATS CRAZY....this is the only way to get something done about it.

FORZA BOOTS BACK TO HOME SCREEN

this is wierd because i'm having the same issue on nba2k14 but not forza. i tried turning my game dvr off and i noticed soon as a replay ends or game dvr wants to initiate i get kicked back to the home screen.

Is there any way I can upload game clips to my phone or computer without a gold membership

Gold memberships are expensive so I was wondering if I could save any of my game dvr clips to my phone or computer from my xbox. I cannot save those clips either without a gold membership. Please help!

Update. SoEpiclyJones has created 30+ accounts. When i post a video he sends 30+ reports from different account. Which gets my videos removed. I have lost a montage that took me months to complete and a tournament bracket video. Anything i can do here or
am i stuck? By the way these enforcement notices are warnings but my videos still get deleted.

it doesnt matter how many times they get reported if they violate the terms of use they will be removed

The Enforcement Team is a joke, i had a similar problem, with a guy in one club who keeps saying bad things and saying people sucks at that and this. Me and some others members confronted him to make him stop, but he just keeps doing the same thing. When
i reported to the admins, they did nothing, i reported him to microsoft, and? They did nothing. Then the same guy reported one of my msgs "Evee made a joke lol" and what? I got a msg from microsoft saying i was reported about that msg. I dont know how they
work, really, so frustrating. Then i just quit the club and thats it. What i recommend, its to just block the person and ignore. Don't waste your time trying to do good things or be a better person than him.

In addition to the above, go right ahead and report him. There is no need to tell him you've done this either as he will not know.

The only person getting banned here is him.
