    just tried downloaded my profile . everyone try it should work . mine works first time since 16th april

    I am having the same problem my profile just stops in the middle of downloading and then afterwards it give me an error code in sick of this now going to complain

    Go to xbox support if your havering any problems, with you xbox 360 profile and they will try there best to help you same old 80072EFE error code :D good luck.

    Edit to above - I'm also having issues on xbone - it refuses to automatically sign in and I have to enter my password every time and when I enter the settings options also

    and again another service alert about Call of duty black ops 2 leaderboards getting buggered ...... there are more important things that need sorted for instance people not being able to download their profiles MS!!!

    I have the same problem and spoke to someone on the 18th. I've had no response yet by email or phone and still can't access my profile.

    No issues on the xbone but deeply annoyed I've not been able to access my 360 for nearly a week!
