well we can only hope there is an update for this problem , do they not have a French support? because I don't understand why being French would stop you from getting help.

 

Yeah its BS.I was told 3 days ago it was elevated,they have no idea wats going on,they called me yesterday and said they are now sending my issue to the advocacy or watever its called and it will take another 3 days,total bs its somethingto do with their
server for sure but they wont admit to it!!!

 

There's nothing on the french forum, it is even worse than here xD

I've been dealing with them for 3 days and it seems they have no idea what to do. Getting pissdd

 

I have the same problem and spoke to someone on the 18th. I've had no response yet by email or phone and still can't access my profile.

No issues on the xbone but deeply annoyed I've not been able to access my 360 for nearly a week!

 

Microsoft dont care. They want us all to buy their precious Xbone one. That why they arent fixing the 360 issue

 

and again another service alert about Call of duty black ops 2 leaderboards getting buggered ...... there are more important things that need sorted for instance people not being able to download their profiles MS!!!

 

MS please send us a free xbox one so we can download our profiles and play again ...... pretty please and i'll continuously spend £6 a month for a service that isn't looked after properly

 

Edit to above - I'm also having issues on xbone - it refuses to automatically sign in and I have to enter my password every time and when I enter the settings options also

 

I hope we get a full refund on games we've downloaded or get some sort of compensation .... a few days free gold wont cut it ... I pay monthly and a few days of free gold is useless too me.

would be great if we had a xbox one delivered to our doors for free since i've been loyal to MS and xbox .... I've been a gold member for 7 years , £504 worth of registration costs , plus £3000+ worth of games and dlc spent ... we deserve better.

Problem was escalated back on the 16th or 17th - i have been told it is working fine after i gave them permission to download my profile their end - tried it but it still does not work. I Need my profile , i have over 400 arcade games , probably 200+ DLC
, about 50 games on demand plus 8 years of game saves linked to my gamertag. As compensation I want an xbox one plus £10,000 pounds plus go back to 2006 and do something else with my wasted time. Just would like to say as i have before i still get achievements
on my phone and still trade on FUT web app for fifa 14 on my laptop and i can also play online multiplayer on my phone (uno friends).
