    I have been on with Microsoft store chat 3 times about this and one time with Xbox support who finally directed me here, as well as confirmed that this is how it would be handled.

    Hey Flankke,

    Windows 10 codes for Quantum Break are sent specifically to users who pre-ordered through the Xbox Store. This offer was not available through the Microsoft Store.

    You should have recieved Alan Wake, which should be inside the case, and American Nightmare (via email from the Microsoft Store). Did you receive your Alan Wake: American Nightmare code?
