    App not working!

    I along with many others are having the same issue with Microsoft Jigsaw. Puzzles are lost, won't sync with Xbox, points wrong, error messages, etc. Very frustrated with this, and my seven month old Microsoft computer in general. Please fix this app issue!

    Same as others - lost all and cannot sign in. Refund or repair Microsoft please. Game will not sign me in. Gives a message eventually - 'This in App purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw {CV:bFj8usvHT024gtPk.41.2}

    Money back please or fix it.

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up

    Found Fix >>> Signed under a new Microsoft Account. Problem is I lost all of my other points.

    No Help from Microsoft.

    Suggestion: When Jigsaw starts have a sign that say ... "DON'T ASK FOR HELP - THERE IS NON"

    PUZZLES WON'T DOWNLOAD

    I had the same issue - go to Settings > Apps, scroll down to Microsoft jigsaw. Click it but DO NOT click 'uninstall' - under the name Microsoft jigsaw and Microsoft Studios you will see 'advanced options". Click that and on the next
    screen click reset - ignore the warning. I used the reset and then re-loaded Jigsaw and it did NOT ask me to sign in again, and all my points were still in place - and the downloads worked again!

    I got the same problem, but only with Jigsaw. Minesweeper, Mahjong, Solitaire and Word Games are working just fine, but Jigsaw can't connect to Xbox live and I have a different amount of gold and lost my whole library. Tried reinstalling, but to no avail...
