    Same issue as many others have reported. Need a solution.


    When following the instruction on how to return to the jigsaw puzzle the result is that starting one the options by clicking the icon the system again returns to the promotion screen.

    Poor programming or a poor attempt to lure players into spending more money ???

    Others have reported this issue

    Lost access to Hot Wheels last night, reinstalling it doesn't help either. I own the Expansion Pass. Other players have posted in the XBOX Community section that they can't access it either. This seems to be an issue on Microsoft's end.

    Xbox Series X games such as Fortnite and Ark are not working!

    Then Xbox and Microsoft need to fix the problem because there is known issues as many MANY people are reporting the same problem. Stop being stupid and offer real solutions and not cookie cutter copy past bull junk.

    Xbox One X only selecting Stereo Audio (Error Code 0x80bd0009)

    I'm in the Insider Program, and reported it there too. I also read many Microsoft and Reddit forums (like this and this)
    with that same HDMI instead of Auto solution. However, it did not work (it also wouldn't let me enable Dolby Vision or HDR). Many users have reported this issue and have reported solutions, but the solutions aren't working for me.
