Discus and support Same Issue as Before in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi, 15 days ago I posted my problem on this thread.     Same issue as everyone else.

    At least acknowledge and show the xbox live status is in a bad state right now

    because you agreed to the terms and conditions your console will not be unbanned and what ny elite seal said is wrong even if you contacted the FBI hey could not help because you agreed to the terms it is kinda like signing a leagal contract stating that
    Microsoft will not disclose why your were banned and will not unban you

    We still see that you have a birthday that places you beneath the minimum age requirement (13) for our program. If you cannot change this information yourself, you may wish to reach out to Xbox support for assistance on how to adjust your Microsoft Account

    Hey AlexShadowMere, have you tried a different payment? Follow these steps here.

    forums.xbox.com/.../121227.aspx     and if that doesn't work i would advise you to contact microsoft or try buying an online code from amazon.

    Also File a complaint to the FBI and BBB theyll totaly help you.Tell them the situation and hopefully theyll fix it.

    I understand you completely. I also got banned for no reason and Xbox refuses to help me.My suggestion is go to support.microsoft.com and try to find their phone number.
