    Same error code many are getting


    Many are having problems with error code 0x803F8001 from Microsoft games in Windows 10. I get the error on Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Mahjong, and Microsoft Minesweeper. They all worked fine yesterday. Says "it is currently not available in your account".
    I open Xbox and it shows the games available and when I click on the tab to play, I get the error. Is there a server problem that is affecting many users and for specific games? Microsoft Jackpot, Microsoft Bingo and Microsoft Solitaire Collection all seem
    to load correctly.

    I keep getting this error code and there is nothing about it in the error code section to provide any info about it please fix. I see many people are having the same problem.

    Same as many others:

    Started this AM with error code 101_107_1. Tried suggested "fixes" checking updates and doing uninstall/reinstall. Now getting error code 101_105_101.

    I have been having the same problem with Microsoft jigsaw and mahjong. Tried deleting them and now I can't reinstall them.

    This could be a variation of thing but, you can try the following troubleshooting steps and see if that resolves your issue.

    !: Reset Store - Go to Settings\Apps\Store\Advanced Options and click Reset.

    2: Make sure your Date and Time Settings are correct - Right-Click Date Time in Taskbar\Adjust Date/Time.

    3: Make sure your account is verified: Settings\Accounts

    4: Make sure you do not have any Third Party apps running that could effect the game launching. Try closing any Third Party apps and see that might solve it.

    If none of those work, try resetting the games themselves Settings\Apps\....Game Name......\Reset

    None of this works. And step 4 is impossible because that Game is not installed, which is exactly the problem.

    Many users are stating it is working again for them today. I can confirm that mine started working again today. So maybe the issue has been resolved Microsoft Side.

    Have any of you tried running the game today and if so are you still having issues?

    Many users are stating it is working again for them today. I can confirm that mine started working again today. So maybe the issue has been resolved Microsoft Side.

    i was getting that same error code telling me to try again: i got frustrated and unplugged my entire xbox wires and all. Not sure how lomg i kept it unplugged for but about two minutes and plugged everything back up and it works fine now....
