    I get the exact same code, and the /errorhelp isn't helping because it says the code doesn't exist.

    This issue is not related to have the storage device on your console formatted! Instead, keep an eye on that page Hassassinade provided to have you up-to-date with the latest information on any progress.

    Hi,

    If you've redeemed something on your Xbox LIVE account (the one you're signed into right now) and you decide to format the hard drive for whatever reason you can simply download the content again by going to your download history.

    Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History. Those codes you redeem are 1 time use, once redeemed they are useless and that content can only be re-downloaded from that download history menu.
