    The enforcement systeme is broken as hell

    Xbox need to worck on it cus fake acusation is frustrating.

    I give some context here

    Im minding my own business in fallout 76 i have captured a worck shop (that enable pvp) some one way higer level comes kils me multiple times to try to take the worckshop ( that's all fair game to me )

    I canot compeet whit the other player , ok no problem whit that he win im a bit upset but nothing dramatical.

    He send me a mesage whit: loooooool

    I respond to him with EXACTLY this mesage : "yea go away play vs higger lvl"

    Then he send me enjoy you ban and next time dont be rasist.

    A second later im baned ,

    I did not speak into the mic cus im kinda shy and dont like my english accent.

    The system to mace a call to be unban is broken aswell i was told it was ppl behind the screan but it seems that no

    Now if an Xbox ambassador can tell me wath did i do wrong ?

    bcs minutes befor i was playing with randoms and sending messages about how to help them and giving them tips

    But apparently being a nice person is aggainst microsoft platinum rule

    .

    Unfortunately, as this is an open forum, we are unable to help with enforcement issues. You would have been sent a message to the email associated with your account that gives more info on the suspension though. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders just in case.

    You can also log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review with the PET if available.

    Please note that a case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours and the PET can take up to 48 hours to respond.

    You say your English is bad, if the message you sent was exactly as you stated "yea go away play vs higger lvl" then the AI will take the second to last word as a racist comment as people try to say bad words by changing one letter.

    Before replying make sure to get the English spelling correct so it says (yea go away play vs higher lvl) to avoid issues like this, also it is better to not respond as some hope you respond so they can report you.

    Enforcement does not handle this issue. Enfocement just handles bans and suspensions.
