Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having an issue with duplicate purchases. In this case we recommend to request a call from support as they can go over the account with you. We here on the forums do not have access to your account.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

fai prima ad acquistare un disco esterno (da 2 tera ne trovi spesso in offerta nei principali centri commerciali) e collegarlo alla porta USB3 di Xbox.

Devi poi impostarlo come memoria principale in modo che la console possa utilizzarlo per il download dei giochi e delle app.

Come ti hanno segnalato, non puoi cambiare da te il disco interno (non riconosce proprio i dischi che non siano "nati" per Xbox).

While I can't answer why different regions receive different products, you cannot replace the hard drive in a console. You can connect an external hard drive to a console to increase the storage capacity.
