    Im looking for email address or telephon number to sales department. When i call on number from google none body pick up. I can spend an hours waiting in line after “ choose 1... choose 2... “ etc.

    Wait what do you need the sales department for

    There isnt one

    Online marketplacr is NOT support

    And the only sales drpartment is for ms store and only if you are in a supported region with an ms store they have their own line

    This does not include the digital marketplace

    Only physical ms store

    Support cannot change online prices

    If you are talking about ms store then you need to talk to the sales line not support of xbox

    You assume that the people that you spoke with had some knowledge that the item would go on sale. I've worked retail, and other than "Black Friday" delas, the regular employees had no idea what was going to be on sale. Why would the support or billing department
    know anything about what the sales/marketing/promotions department intended to do with the price of a game?
