sales and specials error

for the past few months I have miss a bunch of sale games on the 360 every time I go to the 360 sales icon I get this message. "SOME XBOX LIVE CONTENT IS TEMPORARILY UNAVILBLE PLEASE TRY AGIAN LATER.........STAUS CODE 807b0194........ yes I have tried everything
that they said to do. and come to find out I'm not the only one having this issue. some were down the line I think a bad update went out. and they yet to fix this problem and I know its not my system cause every thing else works just fine and like I said
they are others like me who have this issue. So I ask MS please address this and fix this issue I missed so may good game sales cause I could not see what was on sale..

Sales and Specials + error/missing

A couple of days ago, I tried opening the Sales and Specials app, and was repeatedly given an error that said something along the lines of "data files not found on server." I figured something had goofed and thought I'd try downloading it. Problem is, I
can't find the app anymore. It's actually one of my pins and still shows up as pinned, but selecting it just goes to the app overview screen with no option to download. Any ideas what's going on? Any way to get the app back (since I've actually gotten a handful
of good deals from it)?

I say you should delete the pin and the download the re-download it

Thanks for verifying for me, Junkie! Yeah, that error code generally means that the update didn't go through properly.

It could also mean that there's a bad section on your hard drive. Have you tried removing your hard drive and inserting a flash drive to install the update on and act as a hard drive? Or do you have one of the internal 4GB drive consoles?

 

I have have a 500gb also I have a 2tb hdd as well to and yes I took it out. I did everything it but I'm also a 360 preview member as well and well like I said I'm not the only one with this issue and all have the same code. here is the thread on the people

p.s I even did a hdd transfer and still nothing ms you may need to check your end or send a new update out.

 

Aha! Since you are currently in the Preview and this has been happening since November, your best bet it to work with the Preview Team in that thread. We are unable to provide any further support with users that are in the Preview Program. Thanks for understanding!
