SALES AND PROMOS

Dear whomever on the support staff of the sales and promotions team,

I recently ran out of xbox gold. Upon automatically logging in the day after i was offered the $1 promo.

I wanted to buy a year before i spent the dollar to upgrade. The promotional upon logging in made it look like it was a one time only opportunity. Which i realised shortly after due to marketing it was not just a one time promo.

I went to customer service to see what they could do for me, they pointed me here to voice my opinion. I am frustrated, hopeless and in dismay over how unvauled i feel as a customer.

I undeestand the logistics of the promo and my account is SOL for getting rhe promo again....

..but someone from sales or promotions throw me a damn bone here. Give me 3 months of ultimate game pass or something before i absolutely spend the next 2 months making videos, editing them and uploading them on how no one should go out to go buy a console
this year or next.

Throw me a 5$ credit or somerhing anything, it meams ill drop 500 on the new console....

Doesnt a little customer service, and customer relations sound good to you now. Its COVID-19 2020 and i busted my [mod removed] all summer to save up for this damn console and now i might not even buy it, and even start making petty videos to promote every
kid from not getting one. The coolest thing to do in 2020 would be not to buy a xbox...

Some one from the sales team come out the wood work and put one in for your boy so you know that you didnt just read all this [mod removed] for nothing.
