Sale price error on marketplace

Hello, my gamertag is . Yesterday at work i was browsing thru games to buy for my son and i tried purchasing transformers fall of cybertron for 360 from my Pc. The price was listed as $11.99 on 09/09/14 around 2 oclock. I tried makin the purchase
from my pc and it wouldnt let me make the purchase, so when i went home i went to the marketplace on my 360 and the price jumped to 59.99$. I called xbox and they said i just missed the sales window. I really want to but this game for the $11.99 that was advertised
yesterday. Please help! The xbox employee posted a complaint on my accout but he said for me to make a post and that might help get my issue resolved. Thanks!

Can't Buy Red Dead Redemption - Getting an Error

Same. The price I see on xbox marketplace is $30. Their webpage said $49.95. I'm honestly bummed if I missed the RDR sale because of an error.

 

Countdown to 2013 deals not appearing in australia

update:

i have checked the xbox.com market place. on the us marketplace the games are showing as the correct price right up until the point of sale when i am charged full price. on the australian marketplace the incorrect prices are always shown.

 

That was part of last week's deal of the week. Deals change every Tuesday. Once the promo is over, there's not a way to get the promo price unfortunately.

 

The problem was that i tried to buy it on tuesday and it wouldnt allow me to from my PC. When i got home tuesday night it was expired. I felt cheated cuz the price was posted as 11.99 and i wasnt able to buy it on tuesday.

 

You may have caught it as they were changing the price, which could be the reason for the error.
