Ho riscattato un codice da 10 euro per acquistare Tomb Raider Rise (costa 8,99 euro), solo che quando vado a comprare il gioco il credito è di 2,12 euro, mentre se provo ad acquistare all'interno di Fortnite il credito è di 12,12 euro, infatti il codice
risulta riscattato correttamente, come posso risolvere?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

Do you see the code redemption on your order history? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

Do you see the correct balance on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments? When in the Microsoft Store, make sure you are logged into the correct account
that you redeemed the codes on and that the Store is not logged into another account as that would be the most logical reason the balance would be different from your account balance online compared to what you see on checkout from the Microsoft Store.

Is the outcome the same if trying to buy the game directly from the Xbox One console or from the online Microsoft Store? Have you tried using different devices?

This is an issue we are currently investigating trying to get more information.
