Saints Row Re-Elected/Gat out of Hell bundle (Australian)

Earlier today I purchased the bundle through marketplace but so far can only download and play Gat out of Hell. I've done a hard reset and uninstall but Re-Elected doesn't seem to be included at this time.

I'm wondering if any other people, preferably from Australia has had this issue. I'm thinking that a possibility of it maybe not being unavailable yet because we have a different version achievement list wise as with Saints Row IV was on the 360 but that theory
could be removed if others have had no issues or have I found any news about it.

Going through the marketplace I can get the "manage" option under the bundle and the "play now" option with Gat out of Hell but it tells me to buy Re-Elected. The install is only 6.6gb at this time which is for GooH after checking under the Re-Elected screen,
there is another 12.07gb required for that but no option for me to install it.

Saints Row IV Reelected & Gat Out of Hell

Hi friends

I purchased SR4 Re-elected & Gat Out of Hell on the 23/02/2016

Saints row IV RE-Elected edition is coming to xbox one jan 27th



Saints Row 4: Re-Elected will be available on January 27, 2015, which also just so happens to be the release of the standalone expansion, Saints
Row: Gat Out of Hell, also announced today. It'll be available for $30, or as part of a bundle with Gat Out of Hell for $50.

 

I am from Australia as well, and I am having the same issue

 

Redeeming codes entitles you to the content but not necessarily downloads it for you.

Find the DLC in the store on your console and see if it says INSTALL, INSTALLED or PURCHASE

It should be set to INSTALL and just need a push to get it on your console for use.

 

The dlc isn't available to purchase separately. I looked under the manage game tag and it shows nothing.

 

I am having this same issue. I typed in the code, redeemed it, then it took me to 'My Games and Apps', however, no download began. I tried redeeming it again, however it says already redeemed. And since this DLC isn't available in the store, it is impossible
to get it to download.

 

Me too I purchased the bundle but if i go to re-elected's store page it only gives me the option of buying it.

 

Yep - Aus purchase too, and only Gat out of Hell installed.

Store shows bundle and standalones - If I select Gat out of Hell standalone (before purchase listed with standalone price) it says "Play"... Selecting Re-Elected from the same bundle list in the store shows me the price (I checked to see if it might "kick
in" but went to the transaction screen).

 

Thank you for the responses, good to hear that I wasn't not alone with this issue but not good because of the problem.

I put in a ticket to XBox and Deep Silver about the issue but not expecting a reply until mid week with it being the weekend. It was a shame that this has happened as the price was actually better than that of stores like JB Hifi and EB Games but hopefully
something comes up about in the next week at latest.

Personally i've had fun in GooH so far which was why I got them again for the XBone after playing Saints Row IV on the 360, might get GooH on 360 for another play through and a gamerscore boost.

 

My brother has the same issue so I'm glad to hear it's not just him. I personally bought the disc version, but it seems it has its own problems in Australia: the DLC does not download! *sigh* I guess someone majorly stuffed up when it came to putting this
title on the Australian store. Hopefully this gets resolved soon so all Australians can play it.

 

I'm having the same problem. Xbox told me yesterday the problem should be fixed in 24 hours, but now they're telling me it's a known issue and to contact Deep Silver. Haven't heard back from those guys yet.

 

Hey guys, did you have the issue where after buying the bundle, only gat out of hell downloads but relected doesn't?

 

I redeemed the dlc code for both games but it downloaded nothing. The dlc has not activated in my game even after I used the code.

 

When I bought the bundle, the x box store only allows me to install gat out of hell and when I go to Saints Row 4: relected, it says I have to still buy it. Is there a way to fix this problem or should I call x-box support?
