Saints Row IV Re Elected: Installation stuck in queue

I just bought the bundle (Re elected and Gat Outta Hell) for Xbox One, and I cannot play the Re Elected portion of the game (GOH works and installs fine). I can install the game completely offline, as soon as I go to play Re-Elected connected to the
internet, it says a "2.0 kb" download is required. Then, after I clicked yes, it goes to the dashboard and begins downloading a 2.6 Gb file. But, then it gets stuck at 99% and keeps flipping between queued and instlalling. I've done this about four times,
tried the power off on trick, everything in the book. Help, please?

The Saints Row IV DLC is not included with the Games with Gold. Xbox One has the re-mastered "Saints Row IV: Re-Elected" title, which includes over $80 worth of DLC. But at this moment, the backwards compatible Saints Row IV from Xbox 360 does not come with
DLC with Games with Gold.

So I purchased this game, which I believe was $30 and the game was installing the moment it hits 99% the game jumps between queued and installing but never installs because the Queue pops up so quickly. Now some people have exclaimed you must call Microsoft,
does anyone have the number?

I would much like to play the game seeing how I spent my *** money on it. That or i'd like to get my money back. lol

 

omg!! same thing is happening to me spent like a few hours with phone support and chat support glad im not the only one, and its a rental so im losing precious time

Same issue here, I played in the past. Looks like it was doing update and now stuck in queud. Tried re-install. Didn't work

 

Same issue... Spoke with "Microsoft support" for 87 Minutes.... They could not explain the issue. Said it was a "network problem". Ironically we (all on forum) are all gagging at the exact same location in the file download. I suspect there is an issue
on the MS software distribution server,and -lack of - Support team has no ability to test their own system. Nor do they know if an update to the game is in-progress.

I believe the support technique in play is to stall until it works.... They had me do all types of useless rebooting of xbox, network, xbox, router, asked me to bounce modem. I Stopped - as it was wasting my time. Perhaps I was using the wrong finger
to power on the xBox. is the one compatible with my right index finger??? Should I check the air in the my neighbor's tractor front right tire? [In all serious-ness they said I needed to change the wall outlet]

MS - get your act together... and have a manager call me.

 

Tried to chat with xBox support… I like to call it a “Successful Problem”

This is literally the only game I want to play. I got a One just so I could play Re-Elected

 

and on a Saints Row forum a volition guy said it was multiple xbox games, but according to tech support updates are pushed out by the publisher/developer, someone dropped the ball somewhere, at least gat out of hell works in the meantime, wish I figured
that out sooner well if anyone gets any luck in the next few hours let us know

 

This just in... Got a solution.... It was NOT my network... it was NOT my power supply to the house... it was NOT using my index finger for toggling power button.

it was: "It's a problem with their [Game developers] server that's why we're also trying to help them fix this issue so we can make sure that all players who will purchase this game will be able to download and play the game without any issue."

huh? Yeah, the solution is to get a refund and purchase.download later... Maybe in a week.

So glad I have supported xBox from day one...

 

1. Sorry for my english. 2. Same problem here. I bought this re-elected bundle and Gat out of Hell portion is works fine but the re-elected part didn't install. I make a lil search of what's goin on or what is the problem here. If you go to settings and
if you click on the internet connection there is an option where you can see your download bitrate or else. So i can see something downloading over a time. I think it is an update maybe that 2.6GB file it is an update for the game. The interesting part is
that update or something download a little and install, over and over again but this file download speed is extremely low. 1.5mb/s (what a joke i have 50mb/s connection) so i think this is the problem. That update is downloading but very lil part every time.
My Xbox One is working right now. Almost 2 days.. this is insane. I calculated the data and i downloaded just 1gb from the 2.6gb update. If i correct and i have luck this file completely download tonight at midnight. I get back here if this works. I let you
know guys if it works.
