Saints Row IV Charged but was labeled free on 4/30/16

I am currently a Xbox live gold member and I decided to download Saint's Row IV free to download. However I was still charged the market price of the game even though it said it was free of purchase. I bought it through my Xbox One (on my account) on April
30th which was the last day to take up on the offer. I not quite sure why was I charged for this? would Xbox be willing to do a refund on something like this?

Free roam multiplayer

Saints Row 2 multiplayer can have up to 16 people in team vs team play, with different modes etc. There's no 'Free Roam' mode, like in Grand Theft Auto IV though.

You are only silver two thing are you home gold member or use a 48 hour trial

If you are home gold then no home gold doesn't apply to xbox 360 games with gold as it's only an xbox one thing

48 hour trials don't count as gold nor does it give gold benefits only temporary multiplayer accesz

 

Not egen destiny will work on 48hour trials

 

For refunds you would have to contact suppoet

But as you aren't actually gold here you were charged correctly

Assuming you are a home gold or a 48hour trial member either conditions don't qualify

Home gold members can only use the primary account holder to make the purchase
