    What I've tried:

    1. Power cycle console (unplugging all cords, leaving alone for 5 mins and replugging everything back in)

    2. Power cycling router.

    3. Testing Internet on other devices (fine).

    4. Installing other games (fine)

    5. Canceling and trying the install again.

    6. Trying to install directly from the Microsoft Store page.

    7. Gave in and factory reset my console with the 'keep games' option on despite this making no sense as other games are installing without issue.

    8. Left the console off overnight in hopes a magical fairy stopped by to fix whatever went wrong.

    More Info:

    -I am plugged into Ethernet. My speed is good and I'm not experiencing any other issues.

    -I purchased these games yesterday. As I play with my bro he purchased the same games. He had no issue downloading Saints Row IV but is also unable to download Saints Row Gat Out Of Hell. We're not using the same console or network.

    -They both cut off the installation at different places every time we try. My bro is experiencing the same problem with Gat Out Of Hell.

    -It's in my owned games. The purchase went through fine. Even if I go directly to the Store it tells me I own it.

    Hi,

    try removing your account from the xbox and add it back again to see if that fixes the issue

    Wouldn't that have happened with the factory reset? I had to add my account again.

    You could also try to remote install it from the micrisoft store website.

    It's worked for me a few times when I've had some issues.
