But seriously, why is Saints Row 4 even being brought to Xbox One as well lol? Its not like there are going to be outstanding graphics, anyone who have played these games knows the graphics have always been awful lol.

I bought the game on 360 recently, and glad I only paid $20 bucks for the GOTY edition (liked 3 way better). I'm sure the X1 version of pretty much the same thing will cost nearly full price again.

they just want to jump on the money train and do what ever other developer who developed a game within the last 2 years wants to do...profiteer off a game already sold. Not happening here, I hope to not ever read another word of Saints ROw IV on X1. Remasters
are only the new fad if people continue to make them that way with their wallets/purses/fanny packs.

 

Saints Row 4 or a Saints Row stand alone spin off does not deserve any kind of 8th Generation treatment in my opinion. I stopped playing after 3. I loved 1 and 2, but it just got out of hand with 3. I could not bear the ridiculousness any more. I just
destroyed a gang of Luchadores (really?), Deckers, and Morningstars. To ultimately become the President and fighting an alien named Zinyak? I'll pass.

If someone were to play Saints Row 4, then put in Saints Row 1 and tell that person that it is the same series they would not believe you.

 

That's what I was thinking, I don't really mind remakes or "definitive editions" as long as it you know, makes sense.

But literally there was no one who was just like I hope they bring Saints Row 4 over to next gen lol! Most people who played the 4th had negative thoughts on it from what I noticed.

I didnt play the first two, but I liked 3 a lot. Just because of how ridiculous it was, but it was fun. Was like a really goofy version of GTA.

SR4 though, while it's still a good laugh and I enjoyed it in its own way, other than the story missions its just not that fun.

The game just relies on powers more than anything, the aliens are annoying as hell, as they take the place of police in this one. Pretty much all the stuff that made 3 fun are either dumbed down or non existent in this one.

 

I absolutely agree, I believe Tomb Raider and GTA V deserve a remake. But Saints Row 4? Uh no. LoL
