Saints row gat outta he 'll download freezing

I recently purchased saints row hat outta hel from the discount section for about 5 dollars. I download it the first time and atempted 4 times to play the game and I don't get any farther than the loading screen after i choose New game.so I deleate the game
and download it again but I still get the same problem. Deleated the game again and realized that in order to download it I have to pay for it again.I know it says no refunds but the game never worked! Is there any way that I can get the game without paying
for it again(tech support?) and if so how do I fix it if I still can't get past the loading screen?

Gat out of hell is a stand alone, but if you buy Saints Row 4 Re-elected you'll get Gat out of hell.

I had this issue whenever the game. Here's somethings to try.

1. Try using a different storage device. (External device such as, a USB, hard drive or Cloud.)

2. Delete save data, if the game created any.

3. Unplug the console and wait a few minutes before plugging it back in.

Thank you otaku panda! I found that I can download the game again through my purchase history (just hoping it didnt charge me for the game again), and I put the game on a thumb drive. It works!

NxtDoc isn't exaggerating. Mine isn't as good as his and I recently downloaded the Saints Row 4/Gat Outta Hell dual pack and it only took about an hour for both to complete. A friend of ours has spectacular Internet and for some unknown reason takes about
twice as long as what you guys experience on occasion.

I have a similar issue as well. I pre-ordered the Saints Row IV: Re-elected edition and Gat outta Hell bundle, the two games as well as the pre-order bonus dlc all downloaded and installed just fine. But I accidentally deleted the Plague of Frogs and Devil's
Worship packs, and now I can't re-install them because they appear to be missing from the store.
