Saints Row 4: Unable to access community features at all

In Saints Row IV, I cannot access the community features at all. Whenever I try to sign in, it tells me my account cannot access community features due to age restrictions even though my account is an Adult account. I've already tried contacting Saints Row
support but they have said it's an issue that only Xbox can solve. How can I possibly fix this?

hi im 17 nd have had my xbox for almost 5 yrs nd my xbox live account does not let me download rated M demos or get access to certain community features like in Saints Row 4 when i turn 18 does that change?

Is your birthday on your Xbox live account the correct date? And have you ever put any age restrictions on your Xbox in the past?

 

My birthday on my Xbox Live account is set for January 1st, 1989. I've put in age restrictions whenever I got my Xbox five years ago, but I'm seventeen now so I would figure regardless of if I put it back to my birthday it wouldn't make a difference.

 

Try this:

Start up your 360.

Sign into the XBL Account you want to use.

Under "My Xbox" click on the 2nd tile, your Profile tile, the one with your Avatar and Gamerscore listed.

Go right two tiles to "Online Safety"

Click on "Change Settings"

Click on "Customize"

Scroll down to "Member Content" and set that to "Everyone"

Save and Exit

This will enable you to share unrated online game content with everyone. Many of you probably have this set to "Friends Only" or "Blocked".

If that doesn't work then check your info on your saints row account. Maybe it's restricted there.

 

I've already tried that before and it hasn't changed anything. It can't be something based on my Saints Row account because it works for Saints Row: The Third, and it won't even let me attempt to sign in.
