Saints Row 4: Re-Elected + Gat Out of Hell pack not downloading?

Hi there, I just recently purchased the Saints Row 4 Re-Elected + Gat Out of Hell combo on the Store, but I can't seem to download it. The download didn't auto-trigger after purchase, and if I go to "Manage" on the game's store page, it just brings me to
a blank page (save for "Manage Saints Row IV: Re-Elected & Gat out of Hell" at the top of the screen). I was able to download other applications in the meantime after purchase, and it appears the purchase has successfully gone through (The game's store page
leads to "Manage" and the funds have been taken from my Bank Account), however I can't seem to trigger the download at all.

I've already tried a hard reset of the Xbox, is there any issues currently with purchasing? I checked around online and checked the Online Services status and didn't see any outages.

Saints Row 4: Re-Elected will be available on January 27, 2015, which also just so happens to be the release of the standalone expansion, Saints
Row: Gat Out of Hell, also announced today. It'll be available for $30, or as part of a bundle with Gat Out of Hell for $50.

 

Just got the same problem.... Hope you can get an answer, cause I have no way to call xbox live at the moment. HEELLPP!!...lol.

Hey I bought this pack two days ago and I can only download gat out of hell

But I cant access the main game

I want what I paid for

 

I just bought the bundle today, only managed to download Gat out of Hell. Can't seem to find Re-Elected anywhere? I've tried going to manage the game.

I bought a used hard copy of the game today (not sure if it being used makes a difference). I'm getting the same blank "Manage Saints Row IV..." screen and won't allow me to install. These previous posts are from January, so it's strange that this is still
happening in April.
