Saints row 3 remastered audio issue

I have the same problem. I’m also playing on Series X.

Regarding your issue I would suggest that you try the following troubleshooting steps in order to resolve your issue:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Another step that you can try to resolve the issue, would be to remove and re-add your account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

You could also try this troubleshooting step to clear any corrupted data from your device:

1- Go to settings on your Xbox

2- Select system

3-Select storage

4- Clear local saved games and your console will automatically restart

Note: When doing this step please make sure that you always play online so that all your data is saved to the cloud.

You can also try to perform a reset for your console following the steps on this link How to reset your Xbox console to factory defaults | Xbox Support.

If the issue persists and it only happens on this game, it would be better to check with the game developers.

I'm having the exact same issue. No voices during cutscenes or phone calls. It's the game not the Xbox. I'm playing on a Xbox Series X and all the other games are working fine. I contacted Volition but have not received a response.

So I did reach out to volition and they said they would investigate and if anything comes up, they'll fix it in the next update. Hopefully they will put something out soon.

They just released an update and said that they fixed an audio issue on the series X
