Saintified Achievement - Can't get on server for community

To be able to complete this, you need to create and share a character online.

Ive created the character but I'm not able to get online.

spoke to a lady (Shella) on Xbox chat today and was helpful enough to go through troubleshooting with me But to no result.

the message read "the saints row VI server is not avaliable at this time. Please try again later."

i was able to get to the next screen later on which was to use a premade log in or create one. I tried to create one and when I went to activate the account the same message appeared

please help.

Zoo Tycoon XB1 online features are broken

Anytime I try any of the online features for Zoo Tycoon on XB1 I get error messages like:

"The Zoo Tycoon server is not available at this time. Please try again later."

"Community Achievements Error - There are no community voting options available. Please try again later".

I have no problem with other online games on my XB1, just this one. Can someone at Microsoft please check on the Zoo Tycoon server?

Is this an Achievement glitch?

Yea its not a glitch its the server is backed up, but sense the nxoe update achievements are very much not working as reported by the community

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. Searching around the web, a lot of people (on various platforms) are having the same problem. Here's hoping a solution is found!

There's a recent "aware and looking into it" response on the Saints Row Forum and it was working(ish) for a brief time on Thursday / Friday , both upload and download. It would take a few goes to sign in and keep kicking you out but it looked promising.

It's gotten worse since then and the server seems to be constantly unavailable now but hopefully this means there's work being done...

Characters can normally be uploaded from plastic surgeons or clothes shops so, if you're playing the game in the meantime, it's worth popping into a shop every now and again and trying to access the Character Gallery a couple of times to test if the server
is online.

It's a bit random but there seems to be an occasional opportunity for an upload here and there, if you get lucky .

There's no way to help them obtain those achievements. When a game's servers are going offline it's up to the publisher to communicate this to customers and let them know (EA does this). They have a cut off date, after that period you can't get online anymore,
that means that you can't get those achievements anymore. Microsoft has nothing to do with helping people unlock achievements from a 3rd party game.

Yeah achievements that you can't get anymore suck so much. Especially multiplayer achievements but the servers are dead.

That's impossible. If the server is down, you can't do anything to get achievement you need to connect to the server unless it's on again
