saint row 3 season pass not working right on xbox one backwards compatibly

i just re-downloaded saint row 3 on my xbox one after many years of beating it and i wanted to start a new playthrough and when i went to download the season pass and the dlc i had bought years ago and didn't see any of the dlc linked
to the season pass i got with it when buying it and the season pass itself downloaded. when i went to the xbox store on my xbox store i saw that i don't the 4 dlc packs that come with the season pass and here the kicker of all this when i went to my old xbox
360 it said in the xbox 360 store i did own it because i bought it on the 360 store, and the funny when i load up the sesson pass dlc in the game it says i own the 4 dlc bundled with season pass and when i try to download the dlc in the in game store the
game crashes. maybe i will lawyer up and get my money back or microsoft remove the cerdit card requirement for backwards compatibly games

THQ's own store is offering a season pass code for all the upcoming dlc for free, plus the ghenki pack you get everywhere else. I ordered and my total was 63 and change and that was only cause i upgraded my shipping. The total wouldve been 59.99, they dont
charge tax at all.

For the moment Saints Row III is not part of the backward compatibility list, only Saint Row IV is available as you can see here:
