Saída de áudio XBox One[XBox One audio output]

A saída de áudio do meu XBox está muda, eu apenas ouço as pessoas mas elas não me ouvem. Eu utilizo fone de ouvido normal (o do meu celular), sempre usei esse fone e do nada a saída de áudio dele ficou muda. Já testei com outros fones e não funcionam também.
Por favor, me ajudem!!!
