    hello,

    im currently playing and recording the medium on game pass pc.

    i had some sound problems during my last session so i wanted to go back to a fitting safe file. i noticed i can only load the last 7 safe files though. because of that im unable to re-record the parts without sound.

    does anyone know if it is possible to access earlier safe files? i already used this guide but i was unable to find the safe files with it. does anyone else have the same problem or a clue how this problem could be solved?

    Yes, they will definitely update you on your contact email for any progress regarding your account. It might take 3-5 days depending on the situation but most likely, they will just inform you with an update through your email. I would suggest to wait and keep checking on your email from time to time for any updates about this.

    problem with safe file

    If the file is on the cloud you can certainly move or copy it to your hard drive. Simply go to Cloud in the System Settings area and select the file you want to move.

    However, if it has an exclamation mark beside it that means it is corrupted and cannot be saved.

    If it is corrupted you could try downloading your profile again by logging out and going to the Social Tab and selecting Download Profile (no need to delete it first).
