    Please Help me , I've been a fan since I bought my microsoft xbox 360, but now I am a customer in distress.

    My problem:

    I buy 1 year subscription to Xbox Live Gold , but for having changed region, would be losing almost 3 month subscription.

    I change my region from USA to Mexico after buying COD Ghost , which was only available in English in the USA bazaar , so I thought that by changing my account to a Latin American country like Mexico could re-download the game on your version in Spanish
    , because I wanted to play the campaign in my native language ( latin american spanish ) . I love this game very much , so having to wait 3 months to replay it is a punishment for me.

    I want to restore my account to the region of united states of america , because although it may not have COD Ghost in Spanish , at least prefer the option to have it in English and able to play . Also, I have another problem , because I bought some games
    in the region of USA, and as my hard drive is always full , sometimes I have to delete the ones I do not use at the time and now I can not download it again to the region from mexico

    I appreciate your help and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause them to you.

    Region Change

    You should be able to use this guide:
    support.xbox.com/.../change-region
    to help you change your region. If you changed your region less then 3 months ago, you will have to wait until 3 months has passed to change it again.

    Sorry, but once the region has been changed you must wait the 3 months to change it back. However, if you would like to give phone support a try to see if they may be willing to help you out I would recommend giving them a call.

  5. Thanks for the advice, I have already contacted the online support. Now, I never thought my situation was so serious, because if not solve my problem for the next 90 days I can not make any purchases at the bazaar. Besides that puedria not download free
    games for GOLD members.

    For example a few minutes ago I was going to download the free game Warface and the system says I have no valid payment method registered and obviously when I try to add a credit card, not accept it, because within the form only cities to be selected Mexican.
    So although the game is to be free I can not download them.
