S mode is not allowing me to reinstall Minecraft

I believe you cannot run Minecraft on safe mode from your computer due to some limitations during safemode.

One of which is the 3d accelerator in which what Minecraft needs. This is the reason why safe mode will not work on that game.

You may just run it without turning on safe mode, anyway the game is safe and does not do anything bad on your computer.

Thank you for your input, however none of those solutions have allowed me to install Minecraft. I'm not sure about the last one because it tells me "AppXManifest.xml'" does not exist. No error codes have changed and nothing was found in troubleshoot. Is there another way or a workaround to the reinstall method? In addition, Microsoft still allows me to install updates in the store. From what it appears, it is just Minecraft.

No. It is still having the same problem unfortunately. I did the power cycle on the One S and reinstalled minecraft for series x.

Run Minecraft as an administrator.
Use Compatibility mode.
Remove Mods.
Update your video card driver.
Reinstall Minecraft.
