We have the same issue. no idea how to resolve it though. I keep checking for an update, but nothing yet. This has been occurring since the June Update.

I am in the beta program and have noticed this started with the June update. The July update didn't fix the issue either. MS or TT needs to provide a patch ASAP as this is annoying for my kids and all the others out there.

Very frustrating. Just encountered the same glitch here. The game worked fine before June update with both DLC packs. Now I can't access the vehicle menu. I just get kicked out to the home screen. I eve moved the game to an external HD and back again. It
still crashes when I try to access a vehicle from the vehicle spawner. Very frustrating

Well it's now nearly August and the problem still exists. The new Xbox udate will be releasing soon though so maybe that will remedy it. I have tried all known 'fixes' with no luck including:

- Clearing the cache

- Reinstalling

- Changing the optical sound to 'off'

- Starting a new save in slot 4

- Removing DLC

I don't consider removing the Super Pack DLC to be a fix because some versions of this game were actually bundled with that DLC at retail and it worked in a previous Xbox update.

Can someone get these mother f#$@ing glitches off this mother f#£%ing game.

It's defiantly the DLCs for me, waste of money, I want a fix or my money back.

We have the issue too. Just got the game and dlc 2 days ago. I will remove the add-on pack and post back if that doesn't fix it. Thx!

Microsoft acknowledged the problem with this DLC and were happy to issue a full refund to me.

Warner Brothers have also finally provided a statement about this (August 2014)

"We are aware that some players experience freezes in-game when attempting to use vehicles and the developers are already working on a patch which will hopefully be released very soon. We're only waiting for the patch to pass submission, so it shouldn't
take too long until it's available.

Our sincere apologies for this, we know how frustrating this situation must be, but rest assured that we're working on a fix and seek to deliver it soon!"

been over a month. I can't recall having this issue before, but happened to me last night and is pretty annoying. I only have the races to do for completion.....

i was told there is a patch that can be downloaded, contacted Microsoft support and they were useless. anyone know about the patch?

Mine does too. Incredibly frustrating & apparently there's no answer for it. I've spent hours upon hours getting to the point I'm at & now I guess I'm just out of luck. Glitchiest game I've ever seen.

We have the same problem. The game worked perfectly and the kids had pretty much completed it, so I bought them the two add on packs (Superpack and Asgard). I can't be certain whether the add-ons caused the problem, or whether unlocking Deadpool (I think
he was the last character that they unlocked) caused it. Now the game runs fine until they try to spawn a vehicle (at one of the blue stations). They can select any vehicle (they've unlocked them all now), but whatever they pick, as soon as they try select
it, the game just crashes to the home screen. We have two very distraught kids (first world problem, I know) and I'm trying to find a solution without success so far. I have done the "clear cache" trick but it makes no difference. I'm very reluctant to
uninstall and re-install the game and add-ons until I can get confirmation that their saved games will remain intact. Any idea whether it can be safely uninstalled without destroying the saved games?
