This might be the only game so far that I didn't notice any frame drops or stutters.

Or maybe I just can't remember them because the game was so AWESOME!

 

I didn't notice any frame rate issues, but I normally won't unless I'm looking for it, or it is really bad, like Alien Isolation.

 

Uh Dude try playing it instead of quoting crap from the internet to make yourself sound knowledgable. The game plays smooth end of. You want stutter go play AC Unity then you can come back and whinge some more, Oh dont forget to check the internet first
so you know what to say.

Did Unity run really bad ? You think it's worth buying ? Or maybe a patch down the road is going to fix any performance issues.

 

Fog in the large areas especially multiplayer hits ryse fps, lags in them areas on any of x1's.

 

Yes I know, Ryse has been proven to average at 26-28 fps especially in large, foggy areas like you said. Not only that, but it also drops frames in confined spaces. Analysis's have been done by many, including digital foundry, ign and more on campaign and
multiplayer as well. It's a totally different story if people don't notice that, or if someone is a REP and chooses to dispute facts despite concrete proof. (READ this doesn't go to everyone, it goes to certain people, and it's not directed to any of the participants
in this topic !!! READ). That aside, I've played Metro Redux, Forza Horizon 2, Watch Dogs and more, and they all had flawless frame rate. It's up to developers to decide how much they tap into the console's capabilities and if they want to do that in the first
place. Off topic: Unity is a crappy game. period

 

I think it has more to do with the fact that Ryse was one of the very first games to come out. The other games you mentioned are all later games where the devs have gotten more familiar with the hardware. It would interesting to see what would happen if
Ryse came out now, given they have had more practice with it. The strange thing is that when it first came out I noticed no such fps drops. It wasn't until after the first DLC was released that I did notice it.

 

The only thing that bothers me about Ryse is the horrible camera angles for what ever reason I get motion sickness from the game and cant play it

 

I'm racking my brains trying to remember sections with "fog". I can't remember any at all.

 

The only time I can think of would be in the forest where you got to save vitalion
