Ryse son of rome not earning gold

Still not earning gold on multiplayer online game matches. Developer says microsoft is responsible. Already contacted microsoft and you say developer is responsible. Going in circles. Is anyone going to take accountability and fix it? If not, please
add warning to game pass site that not all games are supported and fully functional so that consumers do not continue to get ripped off with partial games being offered with game pass

I contacted Crytek support on their website about this problem, which is no longer fixed by having a consistent language/region setting, and got a reply back (within 2 days):

"We're currently looking into this issue, and we hope to have good news soon.

Unfortunately, the investigation into this issue is still ongoing - we're currently in collaboration with Microsoft in order to look into this problem, and while we work on it we hope for your continued patience."

That would be a developer issue actually.

Hi Sixer,

The not getting gold from multiplayer matches is a developer issue. You are connecting to the Xbox live service if you are playing multiplayer matches. If you were not connected to live you would not be able to play any multiplayer matches. This is clearly
a developer issue as the in game gold is their responsibility.

If you're having trouble connecting to the Xbox Live servers try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. While it's off unplug your modem/router for 60 seconds. When the internet is back up and running
restart your console and try again.

If that doesn't work then try deleting then redownloading your gamertag to see if that helps.
