    I am encountering a problem with Ryse Son of Rome on the Xbox One not crediting the awarded gold after completing multiplayer games.

    The prompt when finishing a game displays:

    WARNING The Xbox Store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned.

    I am awarded XP and the gold earned is displayed on the screen, but it will not credit my balance, leaving me unable to purchase Booster Packs.

    After matches, my gold's numbers start changing but then stop back at the same value as before.

    I have tried all of the fixes found online which included:

    Re-downloading the game

    Re-downloading my account on the Xbox One

    Restarting game and console

    Making sure language and region settings match (they did)(majority of people and Crytek themselves claimed this as a fix, but it is not .at least not for this recent one)

    Changing the language and region settings and then matching them again

    Factory reset of xbox one console

    Restarting modem and router

    Updating the Microsoft store

    Having the Microsoft store app open throughout the game and ending.

    Nothing has yet to work to fix this issue and the fix provided on the related article is not resolving this issue.

    This may be a coincidence, but this issue seems to have happened to many U.S players after March 10, so I am unsure if the daylight savings change has a role in this issue or not.

    I am aware this issue was happening a long time ago, but recently it has started again.

    I have reached out to crytek (ryse department), but have not received a reply as of Apr 12 18:15 Central time.

    Has anybody found a fix to this glitch?

    Hello Javier,

    I am experiencing a similar, if not the same, issue with the game. It says I am to be awarded gold at the end of a multiplayer match and the amount of gold is displayed on the screen but at the end the amount of gold on my account is always 0. I believe
    this is a new issue with the game distinct from the region/location glitch that previously been addressed.

    The problem with your solution is that Crytec states on its support website: "Please note that the Xbox One Version of
    RYSE- Son of Rome is NOT officially supported by Crytek Customer Support. Please contact Microsoft Support for any further assistance."

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to retrieve the gold from post match rewards for online matches in Ryse: Son of Rome.

    It does seem that the fix provided by the developer team was, as mentioned, to adjust the language and region settings for your Microsoft account.

    Being that this is purely an in-game feature not working, if the console troubleshooting is not fixing the issue, we recommend to continue reaching out to Crytek's support, whether it be through their
    official Twitter, or their support website.

    If the issue has reappeared, there may need to be an update done for the game to fix this issue.
