Ryse son of Rome: no gold in multiplayer

hi all,

When playing Ryse multiplayer after every completed level I am not receiving any gold, because the Xbox store is currently unavailable. Anyone else have this problem, or any ideas on how to solve it? I have deleted and reinstalled my profile, but no effect.

Perform an hardreset, how to do it here
support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console and then see if you're able to receive gold, if not try deleting the game and reinstalling it.

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately both do not have the desired effect. In addition, I have collected all the scrolls etc, so in the game this shows as completed, however on my Xbox live account the achievement is still open?

Gotcha. When you say the Xbox Store is unavailable, do you mean you cannot purchase gold via Xbox Store or it is not saving after you complete a match? I see you mention that you have already

removed/added your Xbox Live profile to your Xbox One console and
power cycled. Couple other things to try:

• Uninstall the game, power cycle, add it back
  
• Factory reset your Xbox One while keeping your games and apps
  

Give all that a shot and keep us posted.

Thanks again for your suggestions. I tried them all, but after finishing a multiplayer level still no gold, as 'the Xbox store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned'. I'm up to 27444 in gold earned now, but none of it appears
in the game itself. Hope you have some more suggestions,
