Ryse son of Rome kicks me

For 2 days ive been trying to play Ryse son pf rome multiplayer. I know that if you friend the other gamer it use to stop kicking me out of the game. Now that doesnt work and myself and the other gamer never get the match to load. Or it loads and starts
to go through the gladiators entering cinema and then kicks me. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. Checked all my connections and it still wont work.

Hi

Fisrtly i would reccomend you go to your network settings and check your internet connection as that is the problem i had with my game. Secondly try power cycling it by holding down the power button for a full shut down and try again to play the game. Hope
this helps also check your subscription of your xbox live as if it is a game you got free with gold it will not work of you do not have if your gold is no longer active

Uninstall your game and reinstall it.

Try power cycling your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

Read the post a little better and you'll see they have played the game. I never encountered this while playing it, but maybe it's the servers?
