    Ryse: Son of Rome is broken and needs a quick fix NOW


    For about a month or 2 now anyone that plays ryse son of rome for xbox one are not receiving gold at the end of mp matches. This is the only way to get new gear in mp but for some reason the gold system is not working as intended, we have stopped receiving
    gold from mp matches and people are forced to pay for gold. I have contacted crytek/ cryengine and they clam that it is microsofts duty to fix any issues related to the xbox version of the game and they only service the pc version; So i contact microsoft and
    they claim that it is the game developers duty to fix this issue and try sending me back to crytek to discuss this issue. Since when is it the players job to go back and forth with companys to fix a bug? We just want to be able to earn gold again so the community
    that plays this game can enjoy it like we once did. There is no fix that we can do from a players perspective, changing language and region does nothing, reset profile, reset xbox, clear all saved data and start new, none of these will fix this issue. We need
    microsoft or crytek to just fix it, we dont care who's fault it is and its not our job to communicate between two companys to fix the issue ourselves.

    This would be up to the developer to fix this bug. This wouldn't be something that can be fixed by Microsoft or on this forum.

    The person you spoke to was incorrect in the info they gave you. The issue you are having is strictly an in game issue, Microsoft has nothing to do with that functionality of the game. I'd contact them again and escalate the issue.
