Ryse Son of Rome glitched achievement

I am having problems with 2 achievements which have appeared to have a glitched!! Photo album (Collect all the Vistas) and Finders Keepers (Collect all the Chronicles)!!

I have collected everything and on the achievements itself it is saying 100%, any idea of why this has happened and how to fix it??

Problem with Achievements either glitched or not updated properly on Xbox One.

Another problem. I checked my Achievements for Battlefield 4 and Ryse: Son of Rome.

BF 4 - 28% and Ryse: Son of Rome - 85%

But in my Recent Activity and compare friends Achievements show as

BF 4 - 42% and Ryse: Son of Rome - 0%

Checked my other friend who played Ryse last few days with me so checked his achievements now so show as 100% and my show as 0% Progress.

This is biggest problems with Progress. Please help.

 

Achievements not popping (but being added to my gamercard)

For example Gamerscore and Achievements is fine - Ryse: Son of Rome show - 850G (Games for Gamerscore) and 45 Achievements (Cup icon) and 85% (Achievements Progress) in Achievements section. But Ryse: Son of Rome show - 850G, 45 Achievements and 0% in Compare
Games and Recent Activity. You see what I mean again? That is what I mean for Achievements Progress is broken.

 

I too have a glitched achievement with "Finders keepers" I have collected every chronicles and it say's on the collectible tab I have all of them, yet on the achievement page it says 97%.

No idea how to fix, these glitched achievements, I think they're Microsoft's cloud fault. I have 3 glitched achievements at the moment.

Hi ive found quite a few issues with the 'collectables' achievements in Ryse. It appears that sometimes, although you press the correct button to collect them, it glitches and doesn't complete. If you can use the companion Smartglass App and check the Timeline.
It should show which collectables it doesn't think you have collected. Hopefully collecting these 'missing' ones will encourage the Achievements to pop.

 

There is allot of glitches with Ryse.. Just tonight, areas with invisible walls you cant get to for advance, my guy can walk yet cant swing, roll or nothing.... many more.... Ryse is a great game though when it works.. The absolute underdog that got a bad
rap/reviews which is way off IMO. Ryse kicks ***!!!

yes I'm always connected to Xbox live and the internet.

The in game collectible tab shows I have all collectibles and no achievement for me. I can't try the companion app as it doesn't work for windows phones.

 

@evilfangs The glitched achievements only seem to show on the app im affraid, the In game collectables will show it as complete.
