Thank you for coming to the forums. I believe that this has been a known issue that the developer (Crytek) has acknowledged but I'm not entirely sure what they're official response was or what their solution for this is but in-game currency or credits you
earn while playing on their multiplayer servers is up to them to make sure you are receiving everything you earned. I think I heard it had to do with them having two versions of the game and a recent update caused the credits to be stripped or disappear.

I suggest getting in contact with one of their representatives to see what they say or if there will be another update to correct this bug:

Hello DeadlySpoon316. I am unsure on the exact cause of this but I do know that it could be the game itself and like the others said I also reccomend contacting the devs of the game as I did that when I bought silver for Destiny 2 and never got it even
after waiting a month. I hope this was helpfull and feel free to msg if the issue keeps happening.

I am having the same issue. What was the solution?

6 controllers, thats a bit extreme.

I've had the same one for 5 years.

Are the being mistreated?

Have seen this issue happening to others before. The resolution can be one of these below:

1. Try power cycling your console. https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console.
2. Make sure that your Console's language and region are as per your physical location. Go to Xbox One Settings > System > Language and Region, and change accordingly, and click on Restart button in the
   right.
3. Remove your Xbox profile from your console, and then add it back.
4. As a last resort, uninstall the game and install it back.
