Ryse: Son of Rome Achievement bug.

I have an issue with Ryse: Son of Rome. The game says I've collected only 41/42 chronicles however I know for a fact I did them all. I used smartglass to help me find them. The one chronicle smartglass says I didn't collect is the Roma Aterna #2. It's in
that room where you have to open the door for Nero in a dark corner in chapter 1. Hard to miss but I missed it on my earlier playthroughs so I collected it on my collectibles run. However when I go back into that room and I did this at least 5 times to check
in the exact same spot where the chronicle should be to collect it the game acts as if I have collected the chronicle already but smartglass never updated it still has me at 5/6 collectibles for chapter one and I never got the achievement. And Yes I checked
all of the other collectibles in chapter 1 as well smartglass and the game itself say I have the others just missing that chronicle. Any help would be appreciated.

Problem with Achievements either glitched or not updated properly on Xbox One.

Another problem. I checked my Achievements for Battlefield 4 and Ryse: Son of Rome.

BF 4 - 28% and Ryse: Son of Rome - 85%

But in my Recent Activity and compare friends Achievements show as

BF 4 - 42% and Ryse: Son of Rome - 0%

Checked my other friend who played Ryse last few days with me so checked his achievements now so show as 100% and my show as 0% Progress.

This is biggest problems with Progress. Please help.

 

Achievements not popping (but being added to my gamercard)

For example Gamerscore and Achievements is fine - Ryse: Son of Rome show - 850G (Games for Gamerscore) and 45 Achievements (Cup icon) and 85% (Achievements Progress) in Achievements section. But Ryse: Son of Rome show - 850G, 45 Achievements and 0% in Compare
Games and Recent Activity. You see what I mean again? That is what I mean for Achievements Progress is broken.

 

Okay so I tried it again and this time it worked and I got the achievement. Weird.

 

What did you do to get it to work? I have a problem with the exact collectible and I still can not pick it up. Tried about 5x
