Ryse of rome: Not getting gold after battles

I've had Ryse of Rome for a long while. I didn't get to play it online because at the time we didn't have internet. About 2 months ago we turned the internet back on and I downloaded the games updates to find out I'm not getting gold after any battle on
the game. I've surfed the web to find answers, seen a bunch of different posts with the same problem but it seems no one's getting any help. Should I just try to sell the game or is there anyone that can help me figure this out?

Hi Jak,

Unfortunately, Microsoft is unable to help with in game currency that is earned. This is the developers only as it is their game. We recommend to keep trying the developer as Diego mentioned. Look for a forum for the game itself. May be similar issues posted
with resolutions. As this is a developer issue I will go ahead and lock the thread as it has been answered.

So if I understand correctly if Crytek does nothing to fix this problem, the game is worthless and there's no reason for anyone to sell this game other than for the campaign

Thank you for replying so fast, I've tried uninstalling it and reinstall it, I've tried hard resetting my Xbox, I've tried checking the location and language section in settings as well because I've heard it could be that as well. And it has been since
the beginning that I haven't gotten any gold. My account reads 0 for now, and I don't know why but at the end of an online or solo battle it will show my gained gold below the battle stats after the match but when I click continue it tells me to spend my gold
on new armor but I don't receive any gold.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with the game, Does this happen every single time you go into battle or are you sometimes receiving the gold? Have you already attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if that fixes this issue?

Hi Jak,

Unfortunately you will need to contact Crytek and see what they say about this problem because Microsoft is not responsible for in-game credits not being earned from a game's multiplayer servers. This responsibility lies with the developers to work on an
update to fix this issue. That is also up to Crytek if they choose to not support the game any more on Xbox, but again that is up to them to fix this issue with the game on Xbox, and if they choose to not support the game anymore then I'm not so sure if they
are going to fix this problem.
