    I purchased a month of Xbox live on 12/21/2015 under the promotion "Go Gold Today, Get Ryse: Legendary Edition FREE!" It has been over 4 weeks and I still have not received my promotional code for the game, and the promotion ends on 1/31/2016. I was wondering
    when I would get the code.

    Was a great game, loved the campaign.

    Multiplayer was fun for a while too. Just not a whole lot to do after you've played through it though.

    Im sure the extra goodies would make it last longer though.

  6. I actually went out to the store and bought a prepaid code the moment I saw this amazing offer. Have you looked at the image I've posted? Nothing in the fine print says anything against using a prepaid code. It also wasn't purchased prior to the promotion,
    as you can see I haven't had gold for the past 5-6 months. After you click "Join Now" an option popped up for selecting a plan, or entering a pre-paid code and I chose to go with the latter. This also confirms that I did in fact purchase it through the promotion
    and Xbox dashboard, as the fine print specifies. The fact that I used a pre-paid code should mean absolutely nothing, if the fine print does not specify anything related to it. Also, the account I used to purchase this promotion was Falconeagle1.

    Actually the fine print at the bottom does state that a credit card is required and the purchase has to be made through the dashboard. Prepaid codes are not eligible for these types of offers because you're not actually purchasing the gold through Xbox.

    I've had xbox live for 10 years and i'm not going to get a response on my followup? Is there anything you guys can do for this misunderstanding /false advertisement or am I just going to get *** again like when I purchased Halo: MCC?

    Apologies for any confusion or frustration but Smwutches is correct. If you purchased Xbox Live using a pre-paid card you wouldn't be qualified for this offer. For future offers definitely keep an eye out on

  10. That's awesome. Getting ****ed again by Microsoft. I'll never purchase another day of Xbox live as long as I live, and I'm about to trade the Xbox one in for a PS4 which has great titles like Bloodborne and The last of us. Mister Maka, you did a great
    job losing another customer for Microsoft. After 10 years this is how I get treated when i've been playing xbox since halo original came out. I'm done with this *** excuse of a company and am tired of being taken advantage of. What strikes me the most is
    your audacity to even think about posting another link to try and take advantage of me with even more of your false advertisement.

    I had the same issue with not receiving Ryse Legendary Edition after purchasing Live Gold, which I used my own credit card. I've been passed back and forth and eventually sent this link to this forum to be contacted by a specialist. Any helpon this would
