i purchased Xbox live gold via the link on xbox to receive Ryse Legendary edition and waited 4 weeks, it has now been over 2 months and nothing has come through. , i understand there has been issues with this and would really appreciate if you could send
me the code.

I have not received my download code for Ryse Legendary Edition

I purchased x box live through my xbox with the promotion to get a download code for Ryse Legendary Edition free but I am yet to receive this. When will i get this code in my messages?

 

Did not receive my download code for ryse. Son of Rome legendary edition

I signed up for gold on November 17 during the promotion that read if u sign up for gold u will receive a download code for ryse. Son of Rome legendary edition for free within 4 to 6 weeks... It is well over my 6 weeks and I still don't have my download
code.
