Ryse leaderboard is showing incorrect XP!

I have called xbox support and was told to check out the forums and make a thread regarding the Ryse son of Rome leaderboard as apparently the ambassador's have access to the server, the person I spoke to said you guys may be able to help I've got 39677933
XP but on the leaderboard I'm at 35919291 that's a fair difference in XP 3758642 rank 731 so I should be higher on the leaderboard and rank, is anyone else having the same issue and is there a fix? By the time you guys reply I'll be even higher as I'm playing
daily but it is a frustrating glitch!

Ryse Leaderboards

Hi folks,

Can anybody clear this one up for me - I'm level 22 on Ryse, mainly played solo, but have also played online. Leaderboards and Smartglass stats are not showing up at all - the game simply tells me I haven't played multiplayer, and to do so in order to rank
on the leaderboard. My question is - are the leaderboards simply glitched and in need of an update to fix, or, as a few other forum posters have suggested, I simply need to play more to show up on the leaderboards. I'd buy that idea if it weren't for Smartglass
telling me I'm 0% across the multiplayer board. Cheers!!

What rank is required to attain to show on the leaderboard?

 

HI we do not have this kind of information sorry.but have you tried tweeting the game makers or asking on the forums

 

I was told by Microsoft support to start a thread here regarding this issue hopefully there is a fix for this glitch will have to wait and see I've checked the forums and had no luck regarding this issue
