Ryse game token not received and have signed into xbox live on 31st

I have bought a xbox one white sunset overdrive bundle on 31st october but I signed into xbox live at 7 - 8pm but I haven't anything regarding ryse full game download token and there is a promotion going on when you sign into the sunset overdrive xbox one
bundle before 31st you will get a message from xbox live that contains the ryse token that I haven't got ?

No Ryse Token Code Received

Not everyone received a Ryse game token. It was a limited offer that was given randomly to people who had hooked up their consoles and played on them before October 31.

 

I haven't received promotional 800 MS points through Gold Membership renewal offer

In March 2012, Xbox Live had a promotion running where if I renewed my Xbox Live Gold Membership before March 31st, I would receive a bonus of 800 Microsoft Points. I renewed my Gold membership on March 10th 2012 and received an email confirmation stating
my membership was renewed, but I have not received the bonus points. The promotion ended on March 31st and it is now June 27th and I have not received anything. Please help!

 

Sorry to hear you didn't receive a code for the game. However, it appears that the offer was random and not everyone received a code.
