Ryse dlc in the Netherlands. Please help.

Hi,

I am having a bit of a problem at this moment. last september, when the xbox one launched in the Netherlands i bought it intantly. Installed the xbox, played fifa without any problems.

2 weeks ago i went to London (UK) and purchased Ryse son of rome. since i was convinced by many others and the news, this would not be any problem. And it wasn't. I completed the game and wanted to download the DLC packages.

Here is the problem: I can't download the DLC. it is not available in the Netherlands. It is present in the Dutch Xbox store but unavailable.

Now i see 2 options.i have some questions about both.

1, since i can't return the game, try to sell it online and buy the dutch "legendary edition" for quite a lot of money. However, will my safe games/achievements carry on when i buy the legendary edition? in other words, i have 20 some achievements completed
for ryse. when i buy the legendary edition, does the system see this as a new game or not? so, in my achievement list, does it say ryse only or will it say ryse: 20 achievements and ryse legendary: (starting with new achievements)

2, buy a season pass in the uk (online) and try to activate it in my dutch account. But will this work? or are dlc and season pass codes bound by region/country?

When does the XBOX One comes to the Netherlands???

I'm going to get it from Germany this month and am from Holland a.k.a. The Netherlands aswell. Just get one from another country, most games will be region free aswell (I have Rock Band for the 360 from Germany as example, still is English). The only problem
will be DLC, I'm not going to buy any DLC until the Xbox One is officially released here.

Getting Dead Rising 3, Ryse and Forza, also a few people I know got it from Germany . Just change the location setting to The Netherlands when it's officially released and it'll be fine, hopefully like now they'll let us keep English text though... I prefer
English.

sounds like a secret sign in from MS since they got rid of the 24/7 one it's a game by game sign in. haha
