RYSE Discounted Price

I bought the RYSE Discounted digital edition and was charged 60 dollars. It was supposed to be 40 dollars. How do I get my money back or is Microsoft working out a way of reimbursing people.

Rayman Legends for $59.99! You've got to be kidding me!

Wow, just wow. First of all, they only announced a price drop temporarily for Ryse, and that was the only discounted game. Second, If you are talking about Xbox One, the game was released TODAY. Sounds like you are just greedy and want everything handed
to you for free.

 

Xbox 360 to XB1 digital discount offer

The Minecraft discounted price offer is still valid (I believe the discount is permanent for owners of the Xbox 360 edition of the game).

As for the discounted price for Australian buyers: the price should be about 25% of the original price (75% discount).

 

You'd be best to head over to
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us and select the options 'Billing' - 'Billing errors' and start a new chat with Microsoft support. They will be able to pull up your purchase history, confirm the prices and make any adjustments necessary

 

Also, what you will want to do is ask for a full refund on the game. I had the same problem with Rayman Legends last week when it was originally listed for 59.99, instead of 39.99. The first attempt I asked for a $20 credit returned to my account. They
said they couldn't do that. The second go around I asked for a full refund. I got the full refund and was very pleased with the end result!
